African walnut woodworking meets FibreGuard upholstery in the Philippines

First up is this beautiful piece created by Cozy Furn, a Filipino company specialising in high-quality custom furniture. Their furniture pieces are created by their skilled senior woodworkers, under the watchful eye of owner Norman C Garcia.

We’ll let you in on a little secret: we’re huge fans of the craftsmanship that goes into creating artisanal furniture pieces. We gush about product design and interior designers endlessly on our blog, so perhaps it’s not such a secret after all!

And this is why we love this sofa so much.

It’s simply a superb furniture piece with clean lines and a minimalistic yet impactful silhouette, created along mid-century modern aesthetics. It’s not only comfortable and functional, but it’s also statement piece, thanks to the meticulous detail and craftsmanship that went into its creation.

We’d like to highlight another project from the same team, a custom-made sectional sofa with discreet inbuilt storage and a central table complete with cup holders. It’s a very different style from the first furniture piece, but very convivial.

It really invites you to sit down, get comfortable, and not worry at all about spilling anything on the sofa while you’re at it, thanks to our soft performance upholstery.

Following the trend of re-imagining the hotel lobby, the entrance of the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza has been transformed into a multifaceted space that follows the rhythm of the vibrant Barcelona, combining culture and leisure activities with the best gastronomic offering: the Simultáneo Gastrobar.

Come for the sea bass, octopus ceviche and even cured beef jerky, stay for the relaxing, welcoming atmosphere thanks to the softness of FibreGuard.
