We believe that at FibreGuard we can make a meaningful contribution to sustainability by re-inventing the sampling process in our industry. The development of our digital offering, TwinBru, is one of our sustainable innovation directives.

It's not complicated: digital twins and digital samples of our easy clean fabrics are the way forward.

Digital samples are more environmentally sustainable and through Twinbru we aim to support a substantial reduction in waste and carbon dioxide production thanks to its sophisticated services.

Re-inventing the fundamentals of the textiles industry

The simple concept behind this is that one digital image (of a fabric flatshot, for example) can reach millions of potential customers compared to a single physical sample book or hanger. When minimal physical samples are created, the need for shipping is cut down as a result. Because of this the carbon footprint of our enterprise reduces as well.

Physical samples have an extensive carbon footprint if you think of all the shipping involved, and this whole process has the potential to be replaced by integrated digital platforms. All of this is to achieve a carbon-neutral position.
